're Perfect, I love you ... Would you change?

DelleMoline entering the small theater in Bologna a few nights ago it just pass through the doors of one of the theaters off Broadway or London's Fringe. It appeared to be fantastic in those stages where they experiment with new shows, it offers an alternative culture and art from the usual theatrical blockbuster, one can see the work young talents, new ideas are appreciated, musicals poor means, but certainly not of ideas.

The atmosphere and the artistic qualities of this new staging of Italian "I Love You You're Perfect Now Change" were the same. How nice to see the room full of people laughing Moline, applauds, is moved and not bored or is not prohibited in understanding how you're seeing. Because often the lack of certain spaces off the Italians, unlike their foreign, is that the proposed deals are most often falsely experimental or excessively heavy. Quite the contrary at this time was very pleasant Moline enjoy a show well packaged, clean, smooth, balanced, well-acted and sung, starring a group of new young artists, not at all "trombones", which have much to offer with class and talent. The musical

off Di Pietro & Roberts, who for years has thrilled audiences in New York has been recalled by the company Theatres and Mutable rintitolato "You Perfect, I love you, Would you change? ". The company has translated and adapted a little 'and the script took care of director and choreographer, scissor kick here and there in some of his scenes, steps and songs. On stage there is a clever and ironic analysis of relationships, through skits and songs that will also allow more than moments of humor rflessione. The music is varied: there is a little 'Broadway style, a little' operetta, a bit 'of country, of jazz, pop, gospel ... there is something for everyone. While the pungent lyrics by Joe Di Pietro has been well translated and adapted into Italian.

The only criticism is that I can move it left me a bit ' dissatisfied with the ending, which drops the rehabilitation in this sweet episode of the cemetery dedicated to the elderly and concludes the musical in a way a bit 'too hasty and perhaps inconsistent with the rest of the show. For the rest, however, there is nothing to object: as I wrote everything flows with the right rhythm and enjoy the beautiful voices of all the actors and their performances measured in both natural and comic moments in the most dramatic. I really liked the inclusion in this version of a character more than the waitress (played by the clever and witty ammicante Cristina pupils) which helps with sympathy for scene changes and it's a bit 'by trade-union in the various skits that Otherwise the original structure of "musical revue" of this show make it a little bit disconnected from each other. The same waitress then be able to demonstrate "well warble" as his colleagues on stage ...

Nuvolone Elena, Luca Sebastiano Scelfo, Sara and George Monzali Borghese are quite a close-knit group, you do not ever steal the scene, but working in an enviable synergy to be good at all tied tearing sincere and enthusiastic laughter and applause. The four are from the common experience of studying at the school musical BSMT Bologna, among them, as well as colleagues, friends and above all this you see, feel and can not do that please. It is also noted a lot of preparation and professionalism, which is unfortunately rare in certain Italian theatrical productions.
also excellent contribution "live" Enrico Bernardi of the pianist.
This musical deserves to turn many small theaters, not just Italians in Bologna, then all employers theatrical and artistic directors have been warned: do not miss this show like that I can assure everyone, young and old, fans of musicals and no, because it is not the classic musical, I am convinced that also may please fans of the prose alone. Then repeat this company is good and I write because I really think and why I think it's a common thought with the rest of the audience that night. You are the perfect guys, but now it changed!
