WINS THE CHANGING THEATRE ARTS FESTIVAL EDITION 2009! The Festival of the Arts was created to give opportunity to the talents of our region who aspire to carve out a niche within the world of art and entertainment: to give them all a stage, an audience, a promotional visibility and guarantees of an artistic level, thanks to the jury of experts chaired by the Artistic Director Andrea Mingardi , and Cultural Commission, made up of recognized figures.
